SAR recommended in the first instance the chevrons and resort to simple English and in case you need to quote in a text and quotes. Then, the quotes are used last: "Isabella said:" The 'jets' are friends of the foreign "" . In linguistic works, single quotes are used to frame the meanings: Voice beekeeping is formed from the Latin terms apis 'bee' and culture 'culture, upbringing' .
