Interview Interview Interview MAXIMUM

for you What is poetry?

always say that poetry is something else. Tuñón said he did not believe in absolute definitions about poetry. Neither do I. And when I think I'll give you a rough idea when I feel I take it by the tail, poetry escapes me and never reach those words. We spoke of poetry (written and unwritten) is this and that but this and that seems never enough. Poetry always manages to jump the fence or through frames and out of the box. Break the rules and this movement makes us know she's alive. So poetry for me, is true, and it's always something else.

Could you tell us a little about your life, of his published works, awards, his literary activity?

poetry I published three books: Costume Water, Muses missing and the shore.
participated in several anthologies and manage three blogs. I did not receive awards. The only award I got in my life gave me in the category Best Actor in a play based on a novel by Dostoevsky: The Eternal Husband. Currently working on another book.

When did you write? Why?

At school primary. Those editors who asked the teachers invited to the imagination. But it was a little later I felt a real enthusiasm for literature. My first poems I wrote in my teens. Although they were poems unpresentable. When I trained there for my twenty years as a player and as a man, I became more confident with my poetry. I think my writing came a bit late. I reproach myself for not having read more literature as a boy. Read, yes, but too many comics and magazines, and occasionally a book and they gave me in school.

How would you describe your poetry?

I am not better to define my poetry. I think it's a search for forms. A set of objects and situations where the humor is prominent. It is also melancholy, and a need to leave an eye on things. My poetry is mostly search and play.

What authors influenced your poetry?

All left me something. Some more than others. I also left a lot of music, film, theater, painting, cartoons. As literature would name many authors and a list would be too extensive. But some were and are: Lorca, Nicolás Guillén, Gelman, Neruda, Prévert, Joan Brossa, Pizarnik, Tuñón, Cortázar, Borges, Dostoyevsky, Cioran, Hemingway, Rafael Alberti, Huidobro, Girondo, Monterroso, Osvaldo Soriano, Schopenhauer, Horacio Quiroga, Roberto Artl, Pessoa, Fijman, Gloria Fuertes, Galeano, Camus, Bukowski, Di Benedetto, Kafka, Cesar Vallejo, Joseph Conrad, Nicanor Parra, Miguel Hernandez, Porchia and more.

What is the order you would like to accomplish with your poetry?

it come to who might be interested. You want. But my first aim is to write. I write out of necessity and need to express.

What poem would you choose if you had to choose one in particular? Why?

Experiment One could be of missing Muses. Because I believe I express a look and because it appears in this poem what I like so much fun.

How poetic language has changed over the years?

has been changing and renewing itself according to new bets that I have found and developed. I like the change and take different directions. Try it with other materials and new forms. I think I won in syntax over the years and in a more direct way to express myself.

For you are born or become a writer?

I think you may be born with a certain look, a tendency to see the world in certain ways. Is the question of genes. But it may be aborted if one has no education, incentives and means and materials. This depends on whether someone becomes a writer or not. Skills may die with him if he does not go, if instructed, if not helped in the context of a good family and a school. And no one is born writer, it is useless if you live in extreme poverty, poverty of all kinds, and you can not get out of it. So, you may not even know who was born to write. Or maybe focus your innate conditions in another discipline that does not require too much instruction.

What advice would you give to a young writer / writer who began in this beautiful way of the WORD?

him read and watch the world. Is the advice that I give myself.
And after everything you type.

How do you see the publishing industry today?

The industry is on one side and the other poetry. Sometimes converge on an author and the dream is possible. Poetry is for minorities. But so is knowledge. Societies, governments and businesses in general do not value knowledge, and then art also is for a minority, one that chooses and goes beyond the role of being selected. The poet is to edit their own books and disseminate his work. It's all very lung. Occasionally a prize makes things easier but the path remains the same. It's self and perseverance.

If I had to recommend a book of poetry, prose, short stories, novels etc. What would you recommend?

recommend many. But give one genre:
Poetry: The Book of Disquiet. Fernando Pessoa.
Fiction: Crime and Punishment. Dostoevsky.
Story: The Complete Stories. Julio Cortázar.
Philosophy The disadvantage of being born. Emile Cioran.
Theatre: Caligula. Albert Camus.

What do you think of new ways of spreading the word, whether on web sites, literary cyber forums, virtual magazines, ñusleter, blogs etc?

That is positive. And someone needed to write and want to read it. You can read what others write and find important and talented authors.

Finally Do you want to add something?

only give thanks for this note.

BALLESTER ESTONLLO Marizela

for you What is poetry?

mode astonished by life and its manifestation.

Could you tell us a little about your life, of his published works, awards, his literary activity?

I published the poetry books of the Shadow Space 1994, A letter thrown into the fire 1997, The enigma of a bird exiled 2000, 2006 lunge and I have unpublished Laudanum. Also a book of poetry and visual arts Co incidents. I've gotten
several awards and happy for my poetry, the latter was by Thrust, First Prize in Poetry Competition sponsored by the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, with a foreword by Leopold JuninPais2005 Teuco Castilla, was presented at the 32 th International Book Fair. Since 1989 participated in meetings of Poets, in cycles that take place in the literary cafes, libraries, institutions of Buenos Aires and collaborate with graphic and electronic literary magazines on art and psychoanalysis sites, radio programs or courses on Argentine poets with my poetry. Present and discuss books and works of poets of our country.
realize the interaction shows of poetry with other arts, visual arts (Of poets and of plastics, Corruption, Wu wuei, visual arts, dance and poetry, with live music), Tangoliverio paraben, immigrants (poetry and drama), rainbow silences (poetry dance theater), Dance Design, 2007, dance, music, poetry, break and closed mouth drama and poetry.

When did you write? Why?

The why and when they are not simple to define, girl I stood in the school in writing compositions calls, I liked to invent worlds and stay a while in those inventions, fantasy territories greatly pleased me.
I have a chance phrase in a poem called Status which says: / I hear the wailing in the backyard of a sad girl / curled up on itself / in the contraction of a great sorrow / suffering from the sadness / the shadow of a heavy dream had alienated beings and things. / A sting set in the charm of a loom as a constant pain assaulting his color / I always had a sense of loneliness and misunderstanding that still accompanies me, I tired the world and its demands, needed isolate think, listen.
Then there writing something, and that paradoxically I immediately reconciled again with the world and life events to which he returned with more force. He treasured this refuge, but lived as clandestine and therefore guilty or punished in some way that did not understand.
The death of my father in my late teens I left in a solitude even more and there began to take shape of what were then poems and then books.
say that Poetry is the name of an unfathomable absence.
Another possible definition.

How would you describe your poetry?

I think the perspective My poetry is philosophical, always seeking and finding knowledge, great motor, abstraction, metaphor, esoteric poetry. The world's knowledge in resonance with the divine mysteries I'm interested. I understand the world better appreciate its mysteries. We want to walk, leaving encouraging for them, encouraging others to join me in these efforts.
reflective tone prevails, contemplative in some cases, in others the role you have the image created in a language that is pleased to generate, deploy, produce life like images with sensitivity, always metaphorical relation to thought.
I also had the surprise of receiving comments regarding my poetry was healing, especially regarding my book Thrust.

What authors influenced your poetry?

remember a strong early inclination for Whitman
with Leaves of Grass and Canto myself
Rilke, Hölderlin, Trakl, SaintJohn Perse, John Donne, TS Eliot, Baudelaire
, Machado, Lorca Cernuda, Huidobro, Enrique Molina
Castelpoggi, R. Juarroz., Borges, Raúl Gonzalez Tuñón to take a quick look and mixed as are the influences,
Rabindranth Tagore and especially the Greek poets, especially
Constantine Cavafy, George Seferis and Odysseas Elytis

What is the order you would like to accomplish with your poetry?

touch the soul of the reader and help to make us more virtuous. My poem is called alum in the double sense of lighting, giving birth, enlighten and heal which is a quality chemical alum.
The sudden light that gives us a poem or a phrase from a poem, a verse or two words in a new way when it makes us sparks on impact, renews us, reveals, surprisingly, I like consider the use of that energy to join in the awareness that we are all part and we are all responsible for that, Borges said with his voice faltering a bit moving adjust the desert, every action creates energy and action to bring us all to take responsibility, which currently consider vital to the continuation of and in this world.

What poem would you choose if you had to choose one special? Why?

Dance and Shine Stone (Riposte) by the immediate synthesis of what I wanted to express,
The evening of the Magi (Thrust), Duet (A Letter thrown into the fire), Small time blues (the Enigma of a bird exile) by the transfiguration achieved in the poem of an episode lived
and Reverence for the moon to escape the work in language, is like a ray of words, an impression in the loom of language in a Bertolucci film based on a book by Paul Bowles

How poetic language has changed over the years?

Change, modify, simplicity mature, open, clearer,
gets more reflective poems, in other strives for simplicity more, concrete or abstract and other becomes so tight that even I understand myself, I have to learn to wait for me to understand what the poem meant.
Synthesis of maturity. Maybe.
I'm interested in winning wisdom work tirelessly to that end.

For you are born or become a writer?

receive gifts, and then work to live up to them.
A gift is that, something that was bestowed upon us, sometimes we are given through a traumatic outcome of some event or issue, but it is always granted, can arise from a scratch or a cry, and let a mark by transiting poems. Surco, where time lines is energized past, present or future. Not deliberate, it asked whether born or made.'s.

What advice would you give to a young writer / writer who began in this beautiful way of the WORD?

To develop his own ear, listening to the manifestation of life through the events, actions, people, things and the manifestation of the animate and inanimate in the world and remains true that first hearing or look that is perception.
always a poem from that authenticity is unique and exclusive and join the rest of the chords of the universe.
him read all your interest and curiosity "invites you never know where they can come the poems.
him read aloud, to capture the music, helps improve syntax,
And especially to hear his own advice anyone better to give your own intimate poet.

How do you see the publishing industry today?

is subject to the consumer society and its evil ways known to all. The desirability of a literary journal rarely has to do with the talent of the writer. But poetry has the advantage of being written and published by the same author, the publishing industry is not interested, no poetry seals validated by consumption, but by the time you have dedicated people who brought forward, also mostly poets , Bottle sea, the last queen, Tierra Firme Del Books dock in Alexandria, La Boheme, The Armed Mono etc and I say that holds the publishing industry humble poetry of the poets desire.

If I had to recommend a book of poetry, prose, short stories, novels etc. What would you recommend?

Now I can think of the essays by Gaston Bachelard, the tour the elements through each of these books are available through real poetry.

What do you think of new ways of spreading the word, whether on web sites, literary cyber forums, virtual magazines, ñusleter, blogs etc?

collaborate in graphics and virtual magazines in recent years.
My impression, as with the radio network is that there are too many and dizzy, so I think at times become obstructive.
I have the memory of the day waiting out a magazine,
and walking the path to search around the neighborhood with joy.
When the offer is too saturated, overflows and away the urge
this happens with the surplus of information and resulting lack of training.
a bit tired I personally read a lot of information on the screen now with electronic books may be more simple
then missed the sheets of paper, a history of ancient romance and sensuality that.
The writing in text messages, chats, mails, etc. has generated a resurgence of the written word, with special codes, neologisms, abbreviations and distortions.
Depend on the user, there is liability, the difference of each, their own expression.
The same happens with the man, short, distorted, hurry, too exposed, no mystery about their privacy, running to the only certainty we have.

Finally Do you want to add something?

remember Heidegger, POETS AND THINKERS OF TRUSTEES OF THE RESIDENCE OF BEING, we are these sentinels of the language, the poets, those crazy souls who make shine the pain until it becomes more solid diamante.allí where man dwells That's
Vretakos Nikiforos says in A beautiful poem.
"That little man, tiny
who lives in a two-bedroom for two
to fit in the universe."

Caring For Half Dollar Fish

Interview JORGE HERRERA MANUEL RODRIGUEZ MILAGROS

for you What is poetry?

Poetry for me is a little hard to describe, I have not found any way that is not weak against the force with which it manifests itself in me, sometimes maldosa is a girl who can never stay on a stable , so that I can describe it, sometimes seems to be the dust covering every surface, wherever the meeting, but in itself it is nothing of this, only it and nothing else.

Could you tell us a little about your life, of his published works, awards, his literary activity?

Go to whole days and nights would need to have a talk in the end will be very bland, but okay I'll be brief: I am a writer of poetry with 37 years of age, which I've already written 4 books , both published and 2 post, and has participated in several local meetings, state, national and international poets. I have pride have been personally invited by Subcomandante Marcos to the Festival of Dignified Rage in 2008. Several means have been reproduced where my texts, both poetry and prose. Currently I am developing as Secretary of the Editorial Writing North / South and I'm host of the nationally Vidari in www.xtacyradio.com, Beyond belong to several clubs and writing workshops. But in short I am a potential reader and lover of poetry, even if unrequited.

When did you write? Why?

I did not realize, but I think that has been fostered not neglect the things around me and form. It may also by this stubborn habit of not being able to express it with the voice that kills me or makes me live.

How would you describe your poetry?

As a lame move lacks wings, but has too many incidents.

What authors influenced your poetry?

Several, including all the classics, but certainly Walt Whitman, César Vallejo, Oliverio Girondo, Octavio Paz, José Carlos Becerra, José Gorostiza, Nicanor Parra and the list is becoming extensive.

What is the order you would like to accomplish with your poetry?

talk to me this is very banal, I do not mean poetry that does something, I see things in a poetic urgency in me to say what this will create for itself, as is already the subject of so that can survive in the sea of \u200b\u200bletters that poetry itself is in these times, when the poet is a being as common on the face of the earth, an example that would give tacit is the rain not only because rain wetting. But if something is working toward a new humanistic culture.

What poem would you choose if you had to choose one special? Why? Only

may be one, and two-syllable: Life.
I think is about understanding why.

How poetic language has changed over the years?

Does he think that I have not noticed it?, So if you perceive is that more and more trash cans filled with what I intend to write. Every time I go living longer, well, I read more. I'm becoming more demanding of myself. creating poems in this higher level to the first I started writing.

For you are born or become a writer? Well
writer
any human being can be if you know language, but a poet, yes I'm pretty sure you're born, I know many cases forced to pretend to be, which for a born refused, let him who is blind from birth, can strain and treated with wanting to become a seer, and if in the end he succeeds, will not be as skilled as he was born blind, as many objects that he will get to know you are very far, as his sound, his own references. And even if you can know the essence, we need to find where to grab.

What advice would you give to a young writer / writer who began in this beautiful way of the WORD?

What they construct a real self and not live in self-deception, to read a lot, because there is no DVD writer.
and to promote among its people a taste for reading, are times when no longer required for actions and poses but reading is unquestionably the wake of all consciousness.

How do you see the publishing industry today? For

immersed in a brief crisis, there are no readers, the books have become residents of wineries and this clearly is a vicious circle, since publishers to cover production costs, make for expensive publications and thus the reader does not get set to buy a book. Would to make agreements with the governments to absorb at least 45% in favor of the reader and programs to promote reading.

If I had to recommend a book of poetry, prose, short story, novel etc. What would you recommend?

Undoubtedly Leaves of Grass by Walt Whitman and Don Quixote by Cervantes, but on second thought, until the press is more immense novel that never fails to make up stories every day.

What do you think of new ways of spreading the word, whether on web sites, literary cyber forums, virtual magazines, newsletters, blogs and so on.?

are very useful, because mass media and easy access for everyone except, that man is now more technology than men, and that creates anger me with the electronic media, I feel that we are making an important class in our lives, and automation has never been my desire. Did you know? I am a romantic fetish, a computer I can not install in a park, or plug into the back seat of a bus, I imagine that your hands are busy loading the computer, when I walk with my girl, is not that the book leaves us more space to under the hat?

Finally Do you want to add something?

No, what I want to add? If I'm just saying thanks to those who followed this interview here, and that, so they know that you are a great promoter of poetry and the poetic act.

A hug, and with s
