In National Development Plan was included in Article 204, an update to the topic of convergence to IFRS. Attached I am sending the link to the Gazette of the Congress that makes the modification to the National Development Plan (Arti 241 page 62) which refers to Article 204 of the original NDP.
It is worth noting that this change is not official, but as I commented, it is more than likely be approved.
This change is suspending the requirements of the Public Superservicios in accordance with the General Accounting Model was in convergence with IFRS. So, our customers must abide by the recommendations of Technical Board of Public Accountancy (CTCP) and not as indicating the Superservicios.
At issue, is in line with what we have recommended to our customers under the supervision and control by the Superintendency of Public Utilities. Our recommendation has always been full compliance with IFRS and consistently comply with the MGC.
